Sometimes we need a place to slow down, hear ourselves more clearly, and be with what is true for us without pressure to explain everything perfectly, rush toward an answer, or be something else.
I’m Adama Gold, an Emotional Sovereignty Mentor. Emotional Sovereignty Walks are one-on-one sessions designed to help you reconnect with yourself through honest conversation, reflection, and grounded presence.
These sessions are often virtual. However, it can take place during a calm walk or at a café—depending on what feels best for you.
This is a light, human, emotionally and spiritually attuned space for you to check in with yourself and say what has been sitting heavily on your mind, heart, or body.
We slow things down and make room for everything you’re feeling. We look at what feels unclear, and what might help you leave with more clarity, self-trust, and inner connection than when you arrived.
Emotional sovereignty, as I mean it here, is the practice of becoming attuned to your internal guidance system through your body and emotions, so you can hear what it's showing you and respond in ways that align with who you really are.
In these sessions, I help you slow down the story, notice what your body and emotions may be showing you, and leave with a clearer sense of what feels honest, supportive, and true for you now.
You do not need to have the right words before you reach out. Simply come as you.
Virtual: Zoom or FaceTime
In person: gentle walks or seated conversations in Montclair, West Orange, and nearby Essex County areas
NYC: available by arrangement when timing and location align
Session rates may vary for NYC meetups depending on travel and timing.
If you prefer or need something more accessibility-conscious, let me know. We can choose what feels most supportive for you.
Leave your name and contact information above.
After that, you’ll receive a short follow-up email with the next step. That email includes a simple scheduling form so you can share what kind of session you prefer and a few times that usually work for you.
If it feels helpful, we can also begin with a brief introductory call to connect and make sure the walk feels like a good fit.
Wherever you are in your process, you’re welcome here.
These sessions are supportive and reflective, but they are not clinical therapy or crisis care.

A small number of adjusted-rate or collaborative sessions may be available when there’s a mutual fit for testimonial exchange, recorded sessions, or service exchange. If that feels relevant, you’re welcome to mention it when you reach out.
